🦅🪩 THANK YOU, EAGLES! 🪩🦅
Well, what a night that was!
Now that the sequins have been swept up and everyone's recovered from the dancefloor (mostly), I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came along and made the night such a fantastic success.
The thing that stood out to me most was the effort everyone made to embrace the Studio 54 theme. From the sequins and sparkles to the outfits, dancing and general enthusiasm, you all absolutely got behind it and helped create an incredible atmosphere. The vibes were there from the moment people walked through the door, and it was clear everyone had come ready for a good time. Seeing everyone put their sparkle on and throw themselves into the night made all the planning worthwhile.
A huge shout out to JB and Me, who were our band for the night and absolutely smashed it. You kept the dancefloor full all night long and had everyone up and about from the first set to the last song. The energy you brought was unreal and helped make the night what it was. 🕺🪩💃
Thank you also to Goldhammer Catering, who have looked after this event for a number of years now. As always, they were absolute professionals to deal with, the food was beautiful, and they kept everyone well fed throughout the evening.
A special thank you to everyone who helped make the night happen behind the scenes.

For pack-up, thank you to Tracy, Steve, Molly, Tess, Angus, Abby, Deb, Leonie, Steph, Isabelle, Emma, Mich, Alex, Fraser, Amy (and girls) and Will.
A huge thank you as well to our bar staff, Davey, Justin and Biggo, who kept the drinks flowing all night, and to Grace, Kirsty and Caroline, who greeted everyone with a smile and looked after the front door.
I'd also like to give a special shout out to Alex for all of her help promoting the event on social media. Getting people excited, spreading the word and helping keep the event front of mind throughout the lead-up plays a massive part in the success of a night like this, and your efforts certainly didn't go unnoticed.
Apologies if I've forgotten anyone, it's been a big few days! Your help is genuinely appreciated and events like this simply don't happen without people rolling up their sleeves and pitching in.
I'd also like to thank everyone who got in early and booked their tables and tickets this year. It might not seem like a big thing, but it made planning the event so much easier and helped us deliver the night we all enjoyed. Having that support early gave us the confidence to really lean into the theme and make it the best event possible.
The Mid-Season Ball is about more than just a night out. It's about bringing our club together, creating memories, strengthening existing friendships, building new ones, and building the connection, pride and club culture that make MFNC a great place to be.
Please keep getting behind the club and supporting these events. The more support we receive, the bigger and better they can become, and the stronger our club community will continue to be.
Thank you again to everyone who attended, dressed up, sparkled up, hit the dancefloor and made the night what it was.
