Now that my exam is done and dusted I could lay out all the beautiful drawings sent in by the kids. It was sooo hard to choose winners. The fishes, riding a unicorn to swimming, pools by the camp fire, pop up pictures of flippers, diving, bombing and someone with curly hair lol they’ll be kept forever 🏊‍♂️ 🐬 💦

Moments worth waiting for! Huddy 3.5yrs would avoid jumping in from the edge and tell me every time we were on the move he didn’t want to go under. Last week he decided the time was right to have a go, proud Nanna and parents, proud Cass 🏊‍♂️ 💦 🐬

💦🎶💪 TERM 2 AQUA AEROBICS

We have spots left in our six week block starting this coming Wednesday, Thursday and Friday!
Wednesdays 6.45pm 3 spots - 30 minutes
Thursdays 8.15am 2 spots - 45 minutes
Friday 8.45am. 1 spot - 30 minutes

These sessions have been rated at our Alpine Ridge level and costs $15 per class. They are suitable for all levels. Combination of cardio and strength training, Anna our amazing instructor will provide adjustable work out options so you can choose your intensity!

Narelle Dobbo Rademaker is right CPR training is extremely important - one you hope never to need but will know what to do if it is. Looking forward to seeing the Rad girls at the pool this January too. 🐬💜🏊‍♀️

A few weeks ago whilst holidaying at a coastal resort, a six year old girl was struggling in the pool. Three guests took turns performing CPR, saving her life.

Whilst I was not in the pool at the time, it was an important reminder for me to update my own CPR skills. In that situation, I want to have the training and confidence to help. What a gift.

CPR and First Aid courses with the very talented Karena are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at MBB2021 (online training, plus 1-1.5 hours face to face). I myself am enrolled on Friday. Good opportunity to make it happen. Especially with so many river and beach days ahead.
