Our Bones ladies have been progressing well, and today we started the ground work for deadlifting. I am really proud of the progress that these ladies are making and their commitment to continuous improvement.

Shout out to our long term member, and powerhouse, Sue, who consistently works hard and is stronger than ever before. This Reformer move is no easy feat, in fact it is one we rarely prescribe due to its complexity. Her ex*****on was seamless!

Another weekend of greatness for some of our teamies!

💙A huge congratulations to our teamies who participated in the Brisbane Running Festival - Lindsey and Tracy completed the half marathon and Corrine did the 5km with her children. Very proud of you all!

💙Kelly and Lynelle are one month out from their 24 hour track ultra in Sydney, and are in the depths of heavy training. A number of our teamies supported them during the three runs that they did over the weekend. Love our community!

💙Congratulations to teamie, Anne, who participated in the Gronigen 10km last weekend. Anne is having a stellar year so far, and has a few more races in the pipelines!

💙Congraulations to Nadia and Gavin who participated in the local Speewah Legends race on Sunday. This course is a great one!

We are thrilled to announce that Coach Louise is moving into a leadership role within our studio. She will now be our Coach and Member Care Specialist.

This basically means she will be in charge of making sure our coaches are well looked after and supported with their professional goals, and that our members receive a premium service with recognition of achievement.

She will also be coordinating all things 'social' in the Studio A world, which means some fun things are on their way!

Don't worry, you will still see her coaching too!

Happy Global Running Day!

Today we celebrate all that running gives us! For me personally, running has been lifechanging!

💙Proof that consistent effort over time lands you in remarkable places
💙The ability to control the chatter in my mind
💙The confidence to do hard things - which flows through to all areas of my life
💙A hobby and passion - sometimes adults forget to have these things for themselves
💙A sport that I can share with my kids - whether I am pushing them in the pram, running beside them or having them hi five and hug me during my events - this part is the best!
💙A good excuse to travel right around the globe for running holidays!
