🌸 Total Motion Pilates — This Wednesday’s Class Focus

This week we’re slowing things down and tuning inward with a beautifully balanced, relaxing Pelvic Floor Awareness Class.

We’ll be using the small ball prop to help you gently connect with your deep core and understand how pelvic floor activation supports your whole body.

💗 Why the pelvic floor matters:

It’s a group of muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs

Strengthening it can improve posture, stability, and everyday movement

It’s especially important for women during pregnancy, postpartum, peri‑menopause and beyond

A well‑functioning pelvic floor can reduce lower‑back discomfort and improve core control

Awareness + gentle activation = long‑term strength and confidence in movement

Expect a class that feels calming, supportive, and deeply restorative — perfect for all levels.

To all my lovely participants, I’m excited to share that this Wednesday’s class will be a little different. We’ll be using the small Pilates balls for a beautiful, gentle stretch session designed especially to help ease lower back tension and improve mobility.

If you’ve been feeling tight, sore, or simply in need of a nourishing mid‑week reset, this one’s for you. 💚

✨ What a beautiful start to 2026 ✨

Our very first Total Motion Pilates class on Wednesday 14 January was an absolute success. The room was full of focus, and that wonderful energy that comes when people show up for themselves.

Everyone moved so well and embraced the flow with such openness. It was a joy to guide you.

Thank you to everyone who joined and made the evening feel so special.

I can’t wait to see you on the mat again soon—your strength, your presence, your commitment… it all matters.

If you’re curious about joining us next time, you’re always welcome.
