🌸 Total Motion Pilates — This Wednesday’s Class Focus
This week we’re slowing things down and tuning inward with a beautifully balanced, relaxing Pelvic Floor Awareness Class.
We’ll be using the small ball prop to help you gently connect with your deep core and understand how pelvic floor activation supports your whole body.
💗 Why the pelvic floor matters:
It’s a group of muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs
Strengthening it can improve posture, stability, and everyday movement
It’s especially important for women during pregnancy, postpartum, peri‑menopause and beyond
A well‑functioning pelvic floor can reduce lower‑back discomfort and improve core control
Awareness + gentle activation = long‑term strength and confidence in movement
Expect a class that feels calming, supportive, and deeply restorative — perfect for all levels.
