The challenge is simple: aim for 10,000 steps a day throughout September while helping babies with cerebral palsy get the best possible start in life.

Steptember allows you to convert more than 40 activities, including Pilates, cycling and dancing, into steps. So your Pilates sessions can be part of your daily movement goal, alongside walking and everything else that keeps you moving.

When movement becomes part of your everyday life. ✨

For Alexia, starting Gyrotonic sessions with Dynamic owner Gemma was about finding balance between long days at a desk and her life as a ballet dancer.

The result? Less stiffness, greater freedom through her spine and hips, improved posture and a stronger sense of connection in her movement. 💪

What we love most about Alexia’s experience is that each session is tailored to what her body needs, helping her build strength, mobility and body awareness without forcing her range.
