When you’re a personal trainer, you find yourself constantly searching for the best ways to help people achieve their fitness and body goals. And over the last five years of working with people one-on-one or as part of a fitness class, I’ve seen the same issue a

rise time and time again. That while our sessions are hugely beneficial, they’re often just for an hour a week – or perhaps a few hours for the most keen. And that leaves a whole bunch of time where you can really struggle – with temptations, with a lack of motivation, with poor diet, and just the sedentary lifestyle that is part and parcel of most people’s work lives. That’s why I’ve created RH Fitness – an online Personal Training plan designed expressly to allow me to be with you 24 hours a day, to help you make good decisions, make the kind of consistent effort you need to reach your goals, and to hold you accountable at the end of each week. Did you manage to train 3-4 mornings this week? Did you make the right choices on Saturday night? As we go through the programme, we can work together to look at what’s working, what’s not and why not. And then devise a strategy to overcome any obstacles standing in your way. This is the opposite of a one-size-fits-all, set-it-and-forget it programme. This is an online PT relationship that allows us to customise, adapt and develop as we go – all to create a system that works for you. With training plans specific to you, a wholly personalised diet plan, and of course, my personal availability to you – we can get you wherever it is you want to go. Best of all, it’s not nearly as expensive as you might think –
in some cases less than a flat white a day. And it could well be the best money you spend all year. All I ask is that you commit to a minimum of 12 weeks. That’s how much time we need to really make a change – and for you to see the kind of results that will inspire you. Apart from that I just need you to be open about your lifestyle, your habits, and your goals, so we can develop something together that really works for you. From my side, you can count on my 100% commitment to you, and total availability for the length of our journey together. I’m in all the way if you are. I can’t wait to make 2017 your break-out year.
