It’s so much more than the act of running.
It’s also so much more simple than what the mind tries to make it.
It’s heart. It’s love. It’s passion. It’s belief. It’s strength.
All just a variation of your core spirit and how it shows up, for yourself. With your body as a vehicle.
Year 2025 is soon about to be wrapped up. Year of the Snake (my Chinese zodiac) has been incredibly though and intense, and nothing like I could have ever imagined.
When things are stripped away and layers are revealed, it can hurt and feel very raw.
I was really questioning if I actually cared about crossing the starting line… what does it matter? it’s just a running event, who cares..? It doesn’t change or help the circumstances that are challenging me and my family at the moment… etc etc
But, I did start.
And it’s amazing how much these long trail running races teaches me, what transcends, lands and ignites. I guess I have enough hours for this to occur lol.

The landscape is absolutely stunning, the fauna, the creeks and rivers, the huge boulders and beautiful views. It’s truly enchanting.
And I’m SO happy I ran. I now feel this year has shedded what it needed to. Life is more honest than ever.
I am here for new opportunities and the wildest of dreams to come true.
