I regret to inform you I’m going to have to postpone the return of the class! I’m devastated!

During practice today I started getting sharp and severe pain. I had surgery about 5 weeks ago and this is all related. I thought I was fine to restart however after 2 days of practicing my body is telling me it’s too soon.

I’ll be refunding everyone of course and will keep you updated. 😞

Whilst I was back in the UK I took a dance course with the formidably

She’s an amazing choreographer and Dancer from the US!

I felt totally out of my depth surrounded by very talented, young, ambitious (some) professional dancers! But it was an amazing experience!

She really pushed me out of my comfort zone.

She encouraged me to really express myself through dance, body movements and some very interesting facial expressions 😱

She called my dance style “Sensual Sunshine” which I think is quite accurate.

Pushing beyond our comfort zones, doing something whole heartedly, not worrying about if you’ll look silly to others, is very liberating!

Nobody cares what you look like or if you get a step wrong. I messed up in my recording session. Big time!

I forgot the routine! I was in my head too much!

But the girls and Galen cheered me on and I regained myself and finished the dance! I’m proud of that!

So come join me next Monday and Dance like nobody is watching 💗👯💃🏽

I have had a few of you message me about the dance class wondering when it will start up again now I’m home.

I’m just recovering from an operation and I’m under Dr orders no dancing!!! 😫

But the good news is the class will be back in August 👯💃🏽🙏

I’ll update you as to the exact date it will start but I have the hall booked.

I have lots of new routines for you that I know you will just 💗

I’d love to know which of the songs are your favourites so I know which ones to keep and which to replace.

I can’t bloody wait to start dancing with you all again soon!
