Caught a cold this week 🤧
So instead of pushing through, I focused on supporting my body the best way I know how.
Today looked like:
🍊 An immune shot
☀️ A 5km walk in the sunshine
💧 3L of water + a pinch of mineral salt
🔴 Some time in the Deluxe Wellness Cocoon
📚 Some rest time
When I’m unwell, I try to focus on the basics that help support recovery.
Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is slow down, hydrate, nourish yourself, and rest.
