💚 THINK MENTAL HEALTH ROUND 2026 💚

At Imperials Football Club, we recognise that mental health can affect anyone, at any stage of life.
It's important to remember that it's not just adults who are affected by mental health challenges. In Australia, around 1 in 7 young people aged 12–17 experience a mental health condition each year. 💚
This round, we're encouraging everyone in our community to check in on a mate, start a conversation, and take the time to truly listen.

You don't need to have all the answers. Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply ask, "Are you okay?" and be there for someone who needs support.

Whether you're a player, coach, volunteer, supporter, parent, family member or friend, we're all part of the same team, both on and off the field. 🏉

While Think Mental Health Round shines a spotlight on these important conversations, looking after ourselves and supporting those around us is something we should prioritise every day of the year.

Together, let's continue building an Imperials Football Club where everyone feels safe, connected, supported and valued.
💚 Remember: It's okay not to be okay, and it's okay to ask for help.

This weekend is a bye for all junior and senior teams, with the exception of our Year 8/9s, who will take on Deanmill.
The Great Southern Colts Carnival is also being held in Lake Grace this weekend. We would like to wish Christian Braovich, Tito Tomasai and Sayle Constable the very best of luck as they represent our region. We hope you all have a fantastic weekend, enjoy the experience and play some great football!

We’re officially halfway through the season and what an incredible season it has been so far for our juniors!
Week after week, our players continue to grow in confidence, skill, teamwork and sportsmanship, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them.
A huge thank you also goes to our amazing parents and families. From the early mornings and long drives, to washing muddy uniforms, packing football bags, making sure everyone arrives on time and standing on the sidelines cheering louder than anyone else, none of this would be possible without you. 🖤🤍

Congratulations to Lincon Adam, Braxton Bachos and Tyler Mitchell for proudly representing Imperials Junior Football Club at the Lower South West Talent Squad Carnival this weekend.
After five weeks of training, the boys earned the opportunity to compete against some of the best young footballers from across the region. We are incredibly proud of the way they represented both Imperials and the Lower South West with determination, sportsmanship and pride.
A fantastic achievement and a wonderful opportunity for all three boys. Well done, Lincon, Braxton and Tyler! 🖤🤍🏉
