We're saddened to hear that February will be the last Bush 'n Beach Fishing Magazine.
We penned plenty of articles in the magazine over a decade or so, putting Zerek and other brands on the map. We looked forward to reading other contributors tips, tricks and experiences. That's what Bush and Beach was all about - sharing experiences with a large fishing community.
There was this one time we were fishing Faust back in the day. The fishing was tough but we were still boating a few Barra. One afternoon back at camp Kanga we were getting ready to head back out for an arvo sesh when we bumped into a couple of blokes up from Toowoomba that we're struggling to get a fish. They said "look it's the boys that write articles in Bush and Beach beach magazine" after having a bit of a chat with them and giving them a few pointers on the areas to hang around, we also gave them a few of our rigged Flat Shads and best coloured Fish traps to take out. That night they got half a dozen solid Barra! That's what it's all about - who shares wins!...
