Exciting news for FFF gym members and non members in the community . FFF will be hosting 360 fitness club exercise physiology staff on Thursdays starting 4th June . Due to the intermittent Telstra issues it seems the door is opening at times and not at others ! The security team are aware and have advised there is not a resolution ATM (they are expecting the issue to resolve once Telstra settles- which is set at 6pm tonight on the Telstra app ) I will keep an eye on it during the day. Just giving you all a heads up.

I have the new cross cable machine ready to install so the old one is up for sale if anybody wants it .$500 . It disassembles into various parts so would fit in a trailer or Ute maybe .

Exciting news- we have a new cable machine ordered ! please be careful using the current cable machine as one end isn't staying in the weight rack with a heavy attachment on it.
2 new benches coming also .

Happy Saturday everyone ,
I have received an email stating my electricity meter is being upgraded . It should be on the 21/7 anytime between 7am-5pm . At some point there will be a loss of power supply ( less than one hour ) . Sorry I can’t narrow it down much from there but thought I would give you a heads up .

FYI - next Wednesday the 15th Jan the gym will be getting pest control spayed. The company has advised members should not use the gym between 8am and 11am on that day to be safe.
