Fury Coaching Workshop – Proudly Sponsored by Community Bank Halls Head & CITS

We’re incredibly proud to be hosting our first ever Coaching Workshop this summer. Our coaches are the heartbeat of Fury Basketball, and we value every one of you for the time, care and energy you pour into our kids.

This preseason workshop is a chance for new and experienced coaches to come together, learn, connect, share ideas, and build confidence heading into the 2026/27 season. You’ll be treated to a special guest speaker from SALT - Sport and Life Training, bringing practical tools and positive coaching strategies you can use straight away.

This event is proudly sponsored by Community Bank Halls Head and CITS Peel, whose support helps us continue building strong, inclusive coaching pathways within our club.

🏀 A Huge Thank You to Our Team Managers! 🏀

As we continue building towards our Summer Competition, we'd like to take a moment to recognise the incredible work our Team Managers are doing behind the scenes.

From answering questions and sending reminders to helping families complete registrations, our Team Managers are dedicating countless hours to ensure players don't miss their chance to take the court this summer. Their commitment to their teams and our basketball community does not go unnoticed.

🎉 Thanks to these efforts, 62 teams have now reached 7 or more registered players and are ready for Summer Comp!

🔥 Another 30 teams are sitting on 5 or 6 registered players and are so close to being confirmed.

💪 We also have 9 teams currently with 4 or fewer players registered, and their Team Managers are working incredibly hard to connect with families and build their numbers so they don't miss out on the season ahead.

Every registration counts, and every conversation, message and follow-up from our volunteers helps make a difference.

👏 Please join us in thanking all of our Team Managers for their dedication, persistence and passion for providing opportunities for our young players.

Hey Fury Members,

There are just three days left for all teams to have a minimum of seven players in every team. No exceptions!

This is an Association rule. If anyone is struggling financially there are payment plans available. Just drop into the MBA office at the Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre during office hours tomorrow to set one up.

Don't delay and cost your team a place in the competition. We have very keen players on our waitlist for any teams with players who have changed their minds about playing. 💙🧡💙🧡💙🧡💙🧡
