Last three days for donations !! On Saturday I’ll be participating in Relay for Life to honour those who have lost their life to cancer, those who are living with cancer and those who have survived cancer. This money will go to help cancer councils research and support services. I will be walking in mums honour .

Tuesday’s- 5:00PM start to 5:45PM held at Torwood Edge Park/ Pirate Park in Seascapes decision on Park will be made leading to the Day😁

Thursday’s- 5:00PM start to 5:45PM held at Torwood Edge Park in Seascapes.

Saturday’s- 7:00AM start to 7:45AM held at Pirate Park in Seascapes.

Package Deal and new prices.

Casual Attendance will be $15 a session Each.

Or a 10 Pack of sessions will be $120 upfront which would be $12 a session. This MUST be used in 10 Weeks. This is great for people who can only make Once a week.👍

Or a 20 Pack of Sessions will be $200 upfront which would be $10 a session. This MUST be used in 12 Weeks. This is great for people who come twice or three times a week.💪

Well Last year. We completely renovated the house. To get the renovations done we had to sell a lot of Gym Equipment. We knew we needed to eventually upgrade our gym equipment and this is our Gym as of now upgraded😁

Great evening everyone, It’s not all about training. It’s about enjoying the training and getting to know each other to achieve those Goals. Down at Glassy’s Fitness & Health we have a close group that drive to help each other to achieve those Goals but also to get to know each other and that’s what makes the difference. This evening we trained hard and enjoyed a celebration after wards to treat ourselves before we get back into those Goals next week.

New Year, New You, New Goals😁

Well with January nearly finished, this means Majority of people will be back to a routine! come February. It’s time to complete that routine and start your fitness up again for the year.
