Origins is beginning to take shape.

These choreography snippets offer a glimpse into the preparation happening behind the scenes as our Ascend dancers work towards the Origins Showcase.

Sections are being explored, spacing is being refined, timing is becoming stronger and dancers are learning how every individual movement contributes to the piece as a whole.

It is not the finished performance yet, and that is the beauty of sharing the process. A showcase is built one rehearsal, one correction and one breakthrough at a time.

Some dancers already know they want to take this further than a weekly class.

Ascend was built for them, students thinking about a career in dance, in teaching, or in the wider performing arts industry, who need training that reflects that.

We also see dancers who train at another studio during the week and come to Ascend for extra technique, extra conditioning, and extra time inside a program built around serious, professional development.

Dancers can keep training at their current studio and still train with us every Thursday & Friday.

Senior Ascend is where the training gets serious, built for dancers 14 and over who want more repetition, more individual feedback, and the level of training that only comes from a full day away from a regular school schedule.

Senior Ascend runs every Friday from 8:45am to 3:30pm, for competitive and advanced dancers ready to train at that level.

We’re excited to be offering Thursday and Friday for our senior student classes in 2027! If your teenager is ready for that kind of training, we would love to talk, DM us 🩰

Pre-Teen Ascend is built for the 11 to 13 year old who is already serious about this.

These dancers know it themselves, they are the ones asking for more classes, more corrections, more time to work, and a full day on a Friday gives them exactly that.

Pre-Teen Ascend runs every Friday, 8:45am to 3:30pm, alongside a small group of dancers training at the same intermediate to advanced level.

Sound like a good fit for your child? Spots are available in Pre-Teen Ascend with open auditions in November.

The progress across Term 3 is obvious. Watch a Junior, Pre-Teen, or Senior Ascend class now compared to week one and you can see it: the corrections land faster, the choreography sits deeper, and the focus in the room feels different.

That kind of shift does not happen overnight. It comes from a full day of training, every single Friday, term after term.

Junior Ascend is built for the 8 to 10 year old who already trains at an intermediate level and wants more of it, more repetition, more correction, more time in the room with dancers who take it just as seriously.

This group trains every Friday from 8:45am to 3:30pm, a full day instead of a regular school day, with school approval.

Spots are available in Junior Ascend with open auditions in November.
