Aileen’s Studio Aileen’s Pilates Studio (Pilates Barre) is a privately owned 250sqm air conditioned/heated studio. I do not ask for membership fees, contracts or direct debits.

Offering daily classes in Pilates Matwork and Pilates Studio Equipment as well as Tai Chi classes My privately owned Pilates Centre and Tai Chi studio is set up on the basis of personal training for individuals and small classes. It is not a large health club, or local authority recreation centre, unmanned gym or fitness franchise. I have been teaching the Pilates method of exercise for over 30 ye

ars and I offer quality instruction at a most reasonable cost using the best quality Balanced Body Allegro Reformers, Studio reformers, cadillac and trapeze, wunda chair and a good variety of smaller equipment.
