We will start 2017 beach training on Tuesday 17 January 6pm
at our usual spot,please bring a towel and drinking water and just shorts and T shirt ,we may get wet ,if we are lucky the Dolphins may join us like they did early this morning when I
was training with my dogs Lucy and Zengo .
Please try your best to attend so we can all get back to being in tip top condition for the year ahead

You was one of my first students in Kwinana 7 years ago and showed the true fighting spirit all the way,I am very happy and proud of your achievements especially when you had to fight a 3rd Dan man for your shodan grading as the other girls your age and older were not allowed to do kumite with you ,OSS
