BACK EXERCISE!
Single arm cable pulldowns🏋‍♂️🏋‍♂️
These are really good for lat growth and development evenly. Try getting a nice stretch coming up and a good contraction all the way down. Try to relax and lower your shoulder and think about pulling with your elbow instead of your hand🤣 no joke btw! Give them a shot and tag me id love to see how you go!

Seated plate loaded shoulder press, a nice way to load up the weight and push yourself that little harder in a safe locked in position!! Quick tip if you have a training buddy use multiple smaller plates to add in a drop set at the end for that extra burn on the shoulders🔥🔥

The main muscle group worked is your back when done correctly, it will also help with your lat development and rhomboids! By doing this exercise it has many other benefits, too many to list but it's a staple in muscle development and in helping strengthen your back and posterior chain! 💪💪
