Morning everyone! Day #5 in iso and even my cat has had enough of me 🥲 Here’s a little post on starting a healthy lifestyle or new change!
The beginning of a change is super hard, especially in health and fitness. Only 1 in 4 people tend to stick to a New Years resolutions (yes it is almost mid way through 2022 - crazy) so how can we make a change we can actually stick to?
Work out what needs changing, set your goals then make small, sustainable changes. You could make the biggest change with a crazy goal but the chances of hitting that straight off aren’t in your favour - work your way up to it with smaller goals. Baby steps = way to go 💥💥

I changed - I gained the skills I needed and I changed my mindset - honestly it took a lot of hard work & a lot of amazing, supporting people around me 🤍
