Chair Yoga 🧘‍♀️ 🪑 because yoga should be for every body not just super tiny hypermobile gymnasts 👀

Accessible yoga is something I am super passionate about 🙌 You’d be surprised at the amount of yoga teachers around preaching “inclusivity” and getting offended if you don’t use pronouns and traditional place names that have NO IDEA how to adapt any of their yoga classes to anyone who isn’t “able bodied” 🙄

After the recent cease of yoga funding to NDIS clients I knew I just couldn’t leave this class off the timetable!

If you know of anyone who needs an accessible yoga class please tell them their first class at .wa is free and if they have support workers, we accept companion cards 🤗

We will create FLOW in your FLUIDS (Lymph + Blood) as well as RELEASE TENSION stored in your BODY (Muscles + Fascia)

✨First Full Moon of the Astrological New Year! 🌕 ✨

As Summer comes to an end, we find ourselves in the midst of the astrological new year, marked by the Autumn equinox and the arrival of Aries season. ♈️ 🐂Currently, the moon sign in Western / Chinese astrology is in Libra, ♎️ ⚖️ while in Vedic astrology, it resides in Virgo. ♍️ 🌍

This Moon also coincides with a partial lunar eclipse… but I’m sure you already know that… or at least feel it… am I right?! 😂 🌕🌑✨

Rather than focusing on manifesting specific outcomes, it is a time to surrender, release, and allow the universe to guide you. 🙏✨

This Full Moon in particular is the perfect time to perform a releasing ritual, especially if you haven’t done one in a while, or ever before! 🌝

Did you know that I offer Reiki? ✨

After working as a beauty/ massage therapist for years, I was aware of my ability to direct energy and infuse a regular spa treatment with a little extra something 🪄 After studying Reiki I’ve learned how to harness those abilities and use the Reiki principles to offer gentle healing 🌱

Reiki Treatments are offered at .wa and can be booked direct through myself ☺️

I’m also currently learning the method and the Inherited Release Method with which is a blend of Kinesiology, TCM, Reiki and Kundalini / Energy work 🌀

I’m really enjoying this deeper dive into various energy healing modalities as they’ve all brought me such profound healing from layers of trauma ❤️‍🩹 more so than any form of talk therapy ever has.

Attendees of my upcoming Surrender Into Soma Retreat will be the first to experience these offerings 🪷
