Let’s talk hands-on adjustments

What you will find at a lot of studios is a lack of concern with form and correct movements.

Although each person is different and may not like the personal touch, it is extremely important that we teach with precision to make sure we reduce injury risk and help build strength every session 🥊

This means that we encourage hands on adjustments when necessary to make sure you’re getting the most out of your session with us. If you do not want to be touched, please let your instructor know before the class begins 😊
