Reformer Strength: spring loaded resistance is used to help build intentional, whole body strength. You'll feel this one the next day (in the best way possible).
Reformer Strength Jumpboard: high intensity, and a full body experience. Designed to elevate your heart rate with cardio bursts and build strength through resistance - this class delivers cardio & strength in one effective, 45 minute workout.
Reformer Pre & Post-Natal: our reformer offering specifically designed to support you through pregnancy and post-partum. These classes are led by trained pre- and post-natal instructors and are designed to keep you feeling strong and balanced through bump, birth and beyond.
