Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Show was well represented at the Midland Group Annual Dinner & Finals Judging which was held in Ballarat recently. Congratulations to Lisa, Debbie & Kim who will be representing the Midland Group and the Maldon & Baringhup Show at the Royal Melbourne Show later this year.
Fantastic effort from all our entrants in all the different catergories of VAS & Midland competitions.

The Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Show is run by passionate local volunteers, and we’re currently looking for new people to join our Show Committee.
If you care about our community, enjoy events, or would like to help keep this much‑loved show running into the future, we’d love to hear from you. You don’t need prior committee experience—just enthusiasm and a willingness to help.
Being on the committee is a rewarding way to meet new people, share ideas, and support a treasured local tradition.

Busy day at the Maldon Show Grounds today judging under way getting ready for the big day tomorrow Sunday.
The weather is going to be good with plenty of shade under the trees.

The Maldon & Baringhup Agricultural Show is happening.
Sunday, 19 October 2025, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Maldon Racecourse Reserve.

🎉 Highlights include:

Free children’s activities: laser tag, jumping castles, rock climbing wall, animal farm, face painting, puppet shows
Competitions: horses, dogs, sheep, fleece, cooking, craft, art, photography, and horticulture
Live music: The Martini Set and Maldon Brass Band
Food & stalls: local produce, handmade goods, and more

Last chance to enter the show competitions. Drop you entry forms into the showgrounds today between 11.30am-6pm
Art & Photography entries to be delivered today also to allow time for hanging items. Non perishable item mat be left also at competitors own risk.
Cakes, horticulture and other items to be dropped in on Saturday 18th between 11am-1pm
