Next Move is running a school holiday program that has a big focus on skills, speed, agility, strength & conditioning and overall athletic development, whilst also incorporating mindset training and resilience. This program will also teach players how to respond when things don’t go their way on the field, stay composed, reset and keep competing with confidence.
