I may not hold certificates to prove my levels of experience. The horse cannot write them out for me. However, I cherish compliments I have received along the way from some well respected horse trainers.
One compliment in particular recently, was when I donated a TB to the TRB retraining programme. Upon delivery I mentioned that the mare was particularly well schooled. The gentleman advised me that there were 90 horses on this place ahead of her And she will be at the back of the que. I left gutted, but A week later I rang to ask how the mare assessed. I was told that they are rated a score out of 5 points. And she was ranked a 6. The assessor was of the opinion that some one had put a lot of good work into this mare, and she was to go straight off to the Sydney depot as she was ready to be rehomed immediately.
That, my friends, is a heart wrenching tale for me. AsI am a silent achiever, who never treats any horse as 'difficult' or DISLIKABLE. Like a teacher in primary school, all my students are such wonderful souls awaiting to be nurtured. Happy riding to you all. Kind regards Maree Eggleston 💞

Due to illness the owners of Sharbougg, an 10yo TB gelding, are looking to place Sharboug in a new home. Retired sound late 2014 he has lived the life of pleasure on their property. He would be suitable for jumping as he was always a brave and Athletic Fellow. OTT he has not been ridden since he was retired. He would pass a vet check. very negotiable to a beautiful home. Phar Link is cheeky before his 2 1/4 length WIN at Scone 900 Benchmark 55 on Friday 15th July. Relaxed and playfully cute to the camera, his first up from a spell win came in at a hefty 87 to 1. Smiles all round. Ca'ching 😎

Death leaves a hole no one can fill, but their memory leaves a love no one can steal.

The fairwell ceremony held yesterday was one to be very proud of, stress no more good friend. The Shock of your sudden death was felt by many. God bless.
