Day 1 of the British Columbia state championships concluded with Kj achieving 5th place in hammer throw and setting a new personal best of 44.13.

Day 2 of Jack Brow..
2nd hammer throw with a PB of 43.66m (35cms behind 1st place)
7th Shot put.

Not the result KJ wanted but she is determined to reclaim 1st next year..

She is now off to state in March at Homebush.
