Habits don't have to be daily chores, they are things that make life easier. They give you the space to feel calm and ready to take on the day.

For us these 7 habits are great to start with.

How to implement new habits? Attach them to something you already do!

🌻Journal while drinking your morning coffee
🌻Walk on the grass while walking the dog
🌻Swap bedtime scrolling for bedtime pages

Try 2 of these each day for a week and you will see the difference!

Officially welcome to Bend and Balance Holistic Training!!!

We are so excited to share the news that we are doing a little bit of a pivot to include more than just Pilates.

While we absolutely still love our Pilates, we wanted to enable women to grow more than just physically. From now on mental growth and self love are going to be pillars for us moving forward.

If you are looking for a safe space and support, this is the place to be.

Time to take back that title of favourite child.

Here is your game plan:
1. Make them breakfast - doesn't have to be fancy, just feed them.
2. Clean the house (maybe do this a day or two before - take some stress out of their weekend)
3. Say to them "Hey mum, put some active wear on, I'm taking you for a trip"
4. Go to pilates and have a hoot of a time.
5. Go for brunch and coffee at their favourite leeve cafe.
6. Claim that trophy of being the favourite child.
