🎾 Express Holiday Tennis Clinics are here!

This school holidays I’m introducing a new 90 minute Express Clinic format.

Rather than spending 3 hours on court, these sessions are designed to keep the energy high from start to finish. Kids stay engaged, get more quality coaching, play plenty of games, and leave wanting more instead of feeling tired by the end.

🎾 Cardio Tennis is Back! 🎾

Stay active, social and keep the heart pumping through the cooler weather with our fun and energetic Cardio Tennis sessions.

Each session includes drills, games, movement and plenty of fun for all levels.

• Wednesdays at 5:15pm
• Thursdays at 10:45am

• Mondays at 10:00am
• Thursdays at 6:45pm

⏰ 60 minute sessions
👥 Minimum of 3 players required for sessions to run
💰 Term bookings only — $20 per lesson

A great way to improve fitness, hit plenty of balls and enjoy tennis in a friendly environment. All levels welcome.

Red Hill Lions has been raising money organising the parking at Red Hill markets since 1988

Park with us on Saturday for $5 and all the money collected goes to local community causes thanks to our wonderful volunteer parking attendants who train for the role and donate their time 👏

And this is the last market until September!
