Main Ridge Cricket Club The Cougars are a fun, family orientated cricket club with a strong junior base & community focus.

MRCC endorse the Australian Cricket Child Safeguarding Framework & both Cricket Victoria Member Protection Policy & Complaints & Resolution Policy. Located an hour from Melbourne down the Mornington Peninsula at Main Ridge, the MRCC has one of the regions most picturesque grounds and the famous deck provides a great place to spend the afternoon watching the Cougars.

Set amongst the trees in the heart of Main Ridge, our club is one of the most unique places to play cricket in Victoria.

With 4 junior and 4 senior sides, including our first women's team, there is a place for everyone - whether you're picking up the bat for the first time or returning to the game you love.

We're excited to announce that Main Ridge Cricket Club will field its first ever women's team in season 2026/27.

With more than 20 women and girls already committed, the Main Ridge Kookaburras are ready to take flight!

Now we're looking for Foundation Partners to help launch this exciting new chapter and support opportunities for women and girls in cricket on the Mornington Peninsula.
