βοΈ Winter is honestly one of the most important times for tennis development.
It is easy to train when the weather is warm, the sun is out and everything feels comfortable. But real improvement usually comes during the colder months when motivation drops, conditions get tougher and showing up becomes harder.
That is where character starts getting built.
The players who keep turning up through winter learn resilience, discipline and how to push through discomfort. Those lessons carry far beyond tennis as well.
Progress in sport and life rarely comes from waiting for perfect conditions. It comes from consistently showing up and doing the work even when it would be easier not to. πΎ
