🔴⚪ COACHING APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN | STATE LEAGUE U18s ⚪🔴

Following our return to State League football, Wanneroo City Soccer Club is now inviting applications for coaching positions within our State League U18s program for the upcoming season. 🦘⚽

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Roos as we take the next step forward as a club and continue building a strong pathway between our junior and senior football programs.

We’re looking for coaches who are passionate about player development, committed to creating a positive football environment and excited by the opportunity to help develop the next generation of Wanneroo City players.

Our U18s are an important part of the club’s future. While results matter, we want coaches who understand that development goes beyond the scoreboard, building better footballers, with great character and players capable of progressing into senior State League football.

A massive congratulations to Jason Winter & Kevin Flavin on an incredible achievement — back-to-back Amateur Premier League titles! 🔴⚫️

What a season. What an achievement.

From the moment they came through the doors at Wanneroo City, Jason and Kevin have brought courage, discipline, standards and, most importantly, belief.

Belief in the players.
Belief in the group.
Belief in what this club could achieve.

Today is the reward for an enormous amount of work that has gone on behind the scenes throughout the season.

Jason & Kevin — thank you for everything you have done for our players, our supporters and our club.

🏆 AMATEUR PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS 🏆

Wanneroo City SC are heading back to State League football. ❤️🖤

Today, our First Team completed the job at home against our friends at Ballajura AFC, securing the 2026 Amateur Premier League Championship and, most importantly, confirming our return to State League football.

It’s a special moment for everyone connected with this club.

From the beginning of the season, the message has been simple: one game at a time. No looking too far ahead, no taking anything for granted, just working hard for each other and representing Wanneroo City the right way.

Today, that journey ended with a league title. 🏆

A special mention must go to our coaching team of Jason Winter and Kevin Flavin, who incredibly make it BACK-TO-BACK LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIPS following their success last season.

Their experience, standards and commitment have played a huge part in what this group has achieved.

But this championship belongs to far more than just the players and coaches.

It belongs to our volunteers who give countless hours to this club.
It belongs to our committee and football department.
It belongs to our sponsors and partners who continue to support us.
It belongs to the families standing on the sidelines every week.
And it belongs to every Wanneroo supporter who has followed this team home and away throughout the season.

After everything this club has been through, Wanneroo City SC is returning to the State League.

We also want to acknowledge Ballajura AFC for today’s game and wish them all the very best.

Tonight, though, we can finally enjoy the moment.
