I’m sitting here tonight reflecting on the events of the past year and beyond.
I remember clearly a family wanting to move to Australia to build a better a life for their family. There were ice rinks that wouldn’t accept them. I saw a family with 2 young children who wanted to ensure a better life for them and opened my arms and welcomed them in. Helped them to build their business, believed we had become friends. My kindness in return has been rewarded with them spreading lies and asking why my students haven’t moved to them after all that has happened.
One thing I have learnt this past year is that having a kind heart and caring for people is rewarded with vindictiveness, jealousy and showing of true colours.
Do I regret helping and fighting for coaches livelihoods, NO, NEVER, even though they had no idea of what I did for them. Do I regret believing that others had a good heart as well…. Absolutely NOT.
No matter how hard life has been the last 12 months I sit here with a clear conscious and knowing I have done nothing wrong.
Can you say the same….
Thank you for your fake friendship, for taking advantage of my kindness and for showing your true colours. They will be shown to everyone in time,

All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. As such I have only included a portion of the cease and desist letter I have sent to ensure the identity of the person it was sent to in relation to the text message which I have also included, is not identifiable at this stage within our skating community.
This is only a small portion of the Slander and Defamation that has occurred towards me and my family over many years.
It is time for people to take a stand.
PM me if you have also been told anything about us so I can add it with those who have come forward to fight for our family and our sport in NSW or if you would like to know who the below relates to. As it is a MATTER OF FACT and not defamation on my part I am free to tell people who it is.
AND for the record - The message was sent in October and Brendan has not coached any children for months now.
AND I have never paid anyone off in the US which is something else an official in our sport has been telling people.
If this can happen to us it can happen to any of you so don't believe you are safe behind your silence.
This is not the only defamation I have proof of and will be sharing more.
Stay tuned because my voice will not be silenced.

I don’t normally post about test sessions but we have had such a huge 2 weeks with 2 test sessions,lots of skaters and a total of 30 tests passed.

Back home after a week of meeting up with okd friends, making new ones and watching amazing performances at the ISU 4 continents. It was a privilege to be on the ice dance panel and I wish the skaters all the best of luck for the remainder of the season.

Since returning from Covid I decided to take a step back from ice dance for personal reasons. Not a complete cut off but enough to regroup and decide what I wanted to do. As the year is approaching an end I have to say I’m glad I did BUT WoW what a difference time can make. Back on the circuit as a TS which is something I absolutely love and beyond grateful for being given the opportunity to do it again and then today….
Creating for our Jnr team with my husband and tonight working with a very very young team who looked like they were going to burst with excitement and pride when I told them how happy I was with them.
All beyond my expectations.
Bring on 2024 and our future ice dance project.

Reflecting on the week that was. 42hr trip from door to door to arrive in Egna and my first panel in a very long time. Could not have asked for a better come back experience. Thank you to Shawn and Marie-Louise. One flight left to go then the drive home.
