Monday 6.30pm -MetaPWR (functional strength training) battle ropes etc

Wednesday 6.30pm - Boxing (shadow boxing whilst restrictions apply)

Friday 9.30am - Strength/conditioning

Saturday 8am - HIIT AND RUN specials

Zoom sessions are available

Tuesday 6.30pm

Thursday 6.30pm

Saturday 9.30am

- Undercover available for rainy days

Places are currently available for Friday mornings at 9.30am for strength and conditioning sessions.
