Hello, our fine helmeted friends. :-)
Just a note to let you know our fun little mini-business is about to get a major upgrade to the web shop and related pages.
Recently Aussie Post stopped supporting the old API for shipping cost calculations, and the new version is incompatible with our aging shop... You might be one of those we have called/emailed to tell you we missed your shipping in your order -- that's why. The issues have been getting worse for a long time, but as things have begun affecting basic operations like getting orders and shipping right, and our ability to access the database and know who's getting what, we had to act!
So, the upgrade has been ordered and there will be what is effectively a re-do of our little online shop with current components and backend stuff. After that, Krysia and I will probably tweak a few things, too.
If you notice the site offline or acting/looking differently for a bit, or if you manage to get an order in but didn't get your confirmation mail or similar, please give us a ring with any issues and otherwise things should settle down soon.
The new site will look much better on smaller screens, and from initial examples, offer a much more modern and configurable interface. And of course, the shipping calculator should work, hah! :-)
