Monday Yoga at The Boat Club with Anna
Class resumes for 2023 next Monday 30th of January.
Where: Tingira Boat Club, Benowa Street Park, 91 Coast Rd, Macleay Island.
Doors open at 8.45am and class starts at 9.00am.
All welcome. Essential to book in prior to coming and to bring your own yoga mat.
Class fee $10 paid on arrival.

A few spaces are available along with regulars who enjoy this class.

Yoga has many benefits for the whole body, the mind and spirit. It takes some commitment, openess and a sense of adventure.

Door opens Mondays at 8.45am for 9.00am start And finishes 10.25 ish. Payment is made each week with a $10 note or 2 x 5's.

Bookings are essential and made each via text messages once you have enrolled.

Yoga classes are on hold at present due to the current Covid situation.

Transformation Yoga with Anna is presently being held at the Tingira Boat Club 91 Coast Rd Macleay Island.

Join us on Mondays at 8.50am for a 9am start to 10.20am-ish. Classes cost $10 per session. Suitable for all levels.

Imagine feeling good, lighter and more at ease. Yoga offers more than perhaps you may realise. The ancient science works on all systems of the body including the subtle body energetic system, allowing Prana (life-force energy), to flow with the breath as we stretch, breathe, hold and release.

The regular practice of yoga asanas helps us accept ourselves fully in the moment. Meditation also brings us to a more balanced sense of being.

Monday my be a public holiday and during school holidays, but come rain or shine Transformation Yoga with Anna will still be on at the Progress Hall Macleay Island from 8.45 am.
