Well, I went to teach the online class and I had not booked it in. This weeks free online class will be at 7.00 am on Saturday morning. Come along and roll around and let go of all those tight niggly bits.

I love how I feel after a half an hour of restorative yoga, no pushing, no pressure, just rolling around on the floor. Come along for a half an hour of feeling into and easing out of the tension in your body.

I'm so glad I got the grant. Having just finished teaching the free class in the clinic and I am feeling inspired and relaxed. Come join us next week at 11.00 on Friday for another wonderful free class supported be yoga for good.
