From sunrise runs at Mackay Marina to shared smiles, conversations, and kilometres, the Muscle Garden community continues to prove that fitness is about more than sets and reps.

Trying to change everything at once sounds productive… until life gets busy and everything falls apart.

What they learned:

✔️ Start smaller than you think you need to
✔️ Focus on one habit at a time
✔️ Stop chasing perfect routines
✔️ Build a system that still works on bad days

Because real discipline isn’t built when everything is going right.

It’s built on the days when motivation is low, energy is gone, and showing up would be easier to skip.

The goal isn’t a perfect routine.

It’s a routine that survives.

Do hard things voluntarily so that when involuntary hard things do come, you’ll be ready!

Here’s a simple Chest and Back session that’ll work your muscles without taking too much time!

I did super sets to save more time but you don’t have to. You can do them individually.

3-5 sets of each will do.

If you can’t do unassisted pull-ups, do assisted ones.

PS. I know we’re all time poor these days but making time to work on ourselves is one of the highest forms of Self Respect!
