Control body tension. Learning how to resist the body's natural urge to tense up during strenuous activities. Increase speed.
Advanced coordination. Learn to develop a higher level of body movements, muscle and tendon training, breathing and reflexes.
Confidence. Learn to handle stress. Achieve new skills. Conquer self doubt and challenge negative thinking.
Pressure test. Encourage feedback from students regarding techniques. Test new and old martial arts techniques across multiple disciplines. Modify and dissect the various aspects of various techniques and styles.
Customize. Train each student to their strengths. Taylor each lesson for each student under the guidance of 20 years experience.
Improve. Not only are we looking for ways to improve the club each lesson, we focus on the advancement of each individual mentally and physically.
Freestyle. Some students join with prior experince in striking and grappling, we don't change techniques, our club aims to add more skills.
Mixed Martial Arts. Learn techniques used in styles such as Muay Thai, jui-jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling, and Taekwondo.
We encourage beginners to join and discover the range of skills and benefits gained in adding self defense training into a part of their lifestyle. Our club is about adopting a different approach to a healthy mind and body. Avoid fads, crash diets, and trends. Learn how to change bad habits and maintain good habits.
