A great day at the Mackay Show! ❤️

We had dancers of all ages take to the stage, including some performing for the very first time. We are so proud of the confidence, teamwork and smiles they brought to their performances.

A huge thank you to the Mackay Show Association for the opportunity to be part of this wonderful community event each year.

Building confidence, coordination and a love of dance one step at a time ❤️

Our Jump23 dancers have been practising skips, kicks, counting to 10 in Irish and learning their concert dance. While they’re having fun, they’re also developing the foundations that will support their dancing for years to come.

Age-appropriate learning, lots of smiles and plenty of movement – exactly how it should be.

Great dancers aren’t built by dancing alone.

Strength. Balance. Mobility. Stability. Endurance. Coordination. Power.

These are all qualities that need to be trained and developed alongside dance technique.

Our Championship dancers complete a structured warm-up every class to help them jump higher, move better, dance stronger and support their long-term health and performance. ❤️
