If our classes teach you anything at all we want it to be these 3 things.

1. You cannot control your environment or what others do but you CAN and SHOULD control yourself. A calmer mind helps make better decisions. Worrying about what you cannot control makes decision making all the more tough.

2. Be assertive. Not aggressive, not mean or rude but assertive, know what you deserve and step up proudly to take that.

3. You are so, so, SO worth it & as small as we feel sometimes you alone make a big impact on this world & those around you. Always believe in your worth & your capability.

All 3 crossover between the mats and life. All 3 are extremely beneficial to learn, know and believe.

Hi Team,

We have made the heartbreaking decision to close down our beloved Jiujitsu Hub 💔 This decision wasn't made lightly but due to work & personal commitments I had to opt to close the doors 😔. If you are looking for somewhere else to enrol please reach out for recommendations. A massive & heartfelt thank you to each & every student that has trusted us to help them on their Jiujitsu journey. You have all made our job a dream! Wishing you all the very best.

Hi Team,

I've had most members message to say they won't be Along tonight so we've made the last minute decision to cancel classes for tonight due to the public holiday.

We are on AS NORMAL tomorrow.

Friday and Sunday classes are normal this week. We look forward to seeing you.
