Best weekend ever!
Thank you Cannonvalley Pony Club for hosting this event even though the nominations were low, without a doubt this is one of my favourite places to compete at 🩵

It’s true that more time in the saddle is better as it feels like me and cricket are really settling into our partnership and are starting to trust each other and to where I feel like we can try new things instead of always playing it safe 🩷 first overall in equitation, third overall for showjumping a few new ribbons and prizes to add to crickets little collection

Spent my birthday riding at the finch hatton show, the 90 round taught me some lessons and I have decided to take a step back in showjumping to get it together again.
I’ve learnt that slow and steady wins the race. And there’s no shame in staying low to build a better partnership with my main man.

We bought it back for the power and speed with a clear round in the 70 and we got 5th out of 11 riders.
Overall I am happy with what we did I learnt some hard lessons and I’m happy to share the journey and that it isn’t always wins and celebrations.

Can’t wait to see what Mackay show brings

Only the second time doing 80cm and the first time ever seeing this course. I am very proud of cricket and how we are slowly improving and becoming a great little team, I had the best weekend and I’m so happy to be out and about again after a rough last two years. 🩷

Thank you Jono Plane and Kirst Louise for always being my number one supporters and making this happen, not just driving me but cheering me on and helping me. Another thank you to Tracey and Tayla Camilleri for all of your support as well, I wouldn’t be here today without my camo support 🩵🥹

I am beyond proud of how me and cricket have come together in such a short amount of rides. Another thank you to On Fire Performance Horses & Training for your support and allowing me with your trusty steed. It’s been an amazing weekend with Rebekka Craig Equestrian and I can’t thank you enough for your amazing coaching and all that you have taught me.
