At Active Squirtz, we LOVE bringing our mascots into the centers as a fun way to celebrate the term and all the children's achievements 💪

This week at Active Squirtz we explored how to stay strong and healthy by focusing on balance!

⚖️ Balance in our bodies – practicing movements and exercises that help us stay steady and strong.
🧠 Balance in our minds – taking moments to breathe, focus and feel calm.
🥕 Balance with nutrition – learning how healthy foods help our bodies grow.

And of course… we talked about building our BIG Broccoli Muscles! 🥦💪

The children had so much fun moving, learning and laughing together this week. We love seeing their confidence grow every session!

Keep moving, keep smiling, and keep building those broccoli muscles! 🌟
