A delay post. But, thought it is beautiful to share and hope to resonate with some of you.
Vesak Day, May 31 2026. The day of celebration of Buddha's birth, enlightenment (bodhi) and death (Nirvana).
At its heart, Vesak is a celebration of awakening. Of the possibility that suffering is not a life sentence. That with the right path, the right practice, and the right presence, we can come home to ourselves.

"It's also, quietly, an invitation.

Not to achieve more. Not to add another thing to the list.

But to turn inward. To ask:

What am I still carrying? And what might it feel like to finally put it down?"

Equinox. When the Earth has equal days and nights. The Sun has reached the equator on its journey north towards Tropical of Cancer. The nights become longer and the days become shorter, it is the halfway point between summer and winter. It is the time allowing us to pause, check-in and reflect, a powerful turning point in the year, which offers us a natural reset,a chance yo recenter before moving forward. 💜🙏🏻
