Over the weekend there was a large contingent of Lyndoch Bowls Members that competed in a tournament in Barmera.

Open Day Sunday 30 August

There was a great turnout for Open Day on Sunday and a beautiful day to match.

Our Club Champions had the privilege of rolling first and randomly chosen teams played 10 ends.

Another amazing afternoon tea was provided and friendships kicked off for another season.

Hey everyone,
Quite a few members are going to Barmera for a tournament this weekend so things will be different at the club on Friday night.
Colin will open the club at 3:30 pm for anyone wishing to practice, however the greens will not be cut or rolled, and there will not be any food. The bar will be open.

The Lyndoch Bowls Club will be open from 3:00 pm tomorrow (Friday) for anyone interested in some practice before the the season starts.

There will also be dinner snacks available, prepared as usual by club volunteers. Love to see you there.

BBQ Fundraiser at Bunnings Gawler Green

Airzee has been working on this fundraiser for a while and has now been given a date for the Lyndoch Bowls Club to run the BBQ.

Date: Sunday 13 September
Time: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

We need volunteers to help run the BBQ on that day. It would be great if people would commit to an hour or two to help out.

If you are able to help, please respond to this message via the comment icon below and indicate the time you would prefer. Airzee will organise a roster and we can then fill any gaps.
