Good evening everyone,

Our updated timetable begins tomorrow!

The main changes are the addition of adult lunchtime classes on Wednesdays and Fridays and swapping the Wednesday night No Gi class to Wednesday morning. Saturdays are also going back to structured classes. All kids classes remain the same.
