I still have a few people I look after even tho PT is not my income anymore - this friend of mine NEVER ate under 1650 cals all year , did a few weights sessions a week and a few walks - Jan 85.2kgs Nov 69kgs - I mean how easy is THAT because I’ve done it so many times before. Now she’s in a good routine we will take things to the next level.

has been a friend of mine for 17 years now and she wanted a little help for her upcoming 40th birthday. She insisted she did NOT want to look too masculine but toned and curvy and didn’t want to lose the butt 🍑- So this is what the last 3 months has produced. No irrational diets , eating what ever foods she liked - working out only 3 - 4 times a week. It can be done ✅ just have someone in your corner who cares and knows what they are doing. Great job KC proud of you - there are some big changes even tho it doesn’t look too drastic - what do you all think? Comment below 👇🏽

My go to for Pm workouts now - caffeine should be reduced to a max of 300mg per day ( 2 strong coffees ) studies also show before 2pm for a good nights sleep otherwise you’ll be relying more on stimulants the next day as a vicious cycle 🤜🏽🤛🏽
