Many common aches—from that tight neck during a plank to knee pain during a squat—come down to "incorrect muscle recruitment."
​Think of it like this: Your running a race, but instead of using powerful mover muscles (your Glutes/Deep Core), it uses the smaller, less efficient muscles (Hip Flexors/Upper Traps) to do the heavy lifting. Over time, those small muscles get overworked, leading to pain and chronic tightness.

​The Fix ➡️ Authentic Pilates!

​1️⃣ RESET the System: Calm down the over-dominant muscles (like those tight hip flexors from sitting).

2️⃣ REWIRE the Brain: Use simple, focused exercises to wake up the correct, inhibited muscles (like your deep core).

3️⃣ REINFORCE the Pattern: Integrate the new, stronger pattern into your full-body movements.

​💡 Try This Simple Check-In: Next time you do a bridge or a squat, ask yourself: Am I firing my glutes first, or am I pushing from my low back/quads? The difference is huge!
