Loxton United Soccer Club is the only soccer club south of the river in the Riverland Soccer Association. It provides both boy and girl, male and female players from the age of 4 through to 40+ the opportunity to represent a club with a strong history of competitiveness in the Riverland. The club has developed a strong emphasis on providing junior participants a non-intimidating environment where

they can have fun, develop their skills, get plenty of exercise, make great friends and have lots of touches of the ball (i.e. This is being achieved without an emphasis on winning. With an emphasis on participation and enjoyment, and an associated removal of the current emphasis on the importance of winning, children are much more likely to enjoy their soccer experience, will be keen to play more often and are less likely to drop out of the game. Our junior grades include Under 6, 8 and 10 (modified games/rules) and Under 12, 14 and 16 (full competition rules). Our Open Womens team is available for girls 14 years and older, with an encouraging environment to develop skills. Loxton United will also be represented in the Senior Men’s competition with a well-balanced squad of youth and experience looking to shake up the competition in the A and B grades. TRAINING TIMES:
U6, U8 and U10: Loxton oval #2, 4-5pm
U12: Loxton oval #2, 4:30-5:15pm
U14: Loxton oval #2, 4:30-5:30pm
U16: Loxton main oval, 5:30-7pm
Open Womens: Loxton main oval, 5:30-7pm
Senior Men: Loxton main oval, 6-7:30pm

Loxton United Soccer Club is proud to invite our community to our upcoming 70th Anniversary Day, Sponsors Day and Past Players Day on Sunday 14 June at Loxton Oval 1 from 1:00pm πŸ–€πŸ€

This will be a special day celebrating 70 years of our club and recognising the players, coaches, volunteers, supporters and families who have helped build Loxton United into what it is today.

To mark the occasion, our Loxton Black senior men and senior women will wear special edition anniversary kits in a blue and white throwback design inspired by our club strips from the 90’s πŸ”΅βšͺ

We’re hosting a second Come & Try Day for our U6, U8 & U10 players this week β€” all new players are welcome to come along and get involved!

⏰ 4:30pm – 5:30pm

Due to this, some of our normal training times have been adjusted for this week to allow our U12, U14 Boys and U16 coaches to assist with the Come & Try session.
