This weekend we had our annual trip to Port Pirie for the Kym Rodda Memorial Race.
We love this weekend, not just for the great racing but for laughs, fun and memories it brings.
Tyson had a good weekend of racing against some great competition, to come away with third.
Thank you to the club for putting on a great weekend as they always do.
Thankyou to Clinton Stead and son Cody for their continued support and cheers.
Thankyou Wayne Jolly, Sandra Goldberg, Helen Stead(Nana) and Grandad for stopping in to cheer us on, on your way home from your Nullarbor trip.

So this weekend was the York Peninsula Cup at the YP track.

6 Heats drop your worst format.

We ran 4 yesterday and 2 today with a rain interruption after a late start for foggy conditions.
We're super proud of him finishing second overall. 👏

Heat 1 - 7 to 3
Heat 2 - 5 to DNF
Heat 3 - 1 to 1
Heat 4 - 11 to 4
Heat 5 - 5 to 1
Heat 6 - 7 to 4

Tyson had a great outing with the final result showing it😉
In a field of some awesome drivers he he put it all together in his heats to start the final from pole. Lead the whole race and finished first.

Our annual June long weekend pilgrimage to the Riverland 2 Dayer resulted pretty well.
With "Drop your worst" each day as our saving grace due to a DNS heat 1 on day 1 and a DNF heat 3 on day 2 Tyson pulled off a third overall for the weekend! ☺️

Darryl only raced day 2 at Renmark to try out their new track surface. A credit to the club to turn a bad start to the year around and get back racing. Well done guys! 👌

Tyson had an awesome hit out yesterday at York Peninsular Dirt Kart Club. Darryl not so well. 🙄

Tyson had a good run and came out with the win (even after some tears)

Darryl rolled himself out of the running in the second heat which finished his day.

Overall the track was awesome and the boys had a good day. Credit to the track crew and volunteers that make every race possible. 😉
