Congratulations to Des, Stef, Russ and Wizz, who travelled to Coomealla today and took out the Open Fours Tournament!

The team won all three games and represented Loxton RSL brilliantly throughout the day. It was also an outstanding venue to play bowls at, highly recommended for anyone looking to try somewhere a little different.

🌟 Coach of the Year – Congratulations Neville & Gerrin Jenke 🌟

Bowls SA is proud to recognise Neville Jenke and Gerrin Jenke as the joint 2025/26 Coach of the Year! 👏

Neville and Gerrin have made an outstanding impact on the growth of lawn bowls in the Riverland through their coaching across schools, Rookie Rollers, Jack Attack, and Night Owls programs.

Over the past year, they have delivered inclusive coaching to over 1,000 students, supported programs for all abilities, and helped create strong pathways into the sport. They also established a High School Challenge and introduced new entry-level programs to grow participation.

Their passion, leadership, and commitment have inspired the next generation of bowlers and strengthened club connections across the region. 🏆
